Organization Settings is the central place to manage everything about your Entri organization. Access it by clicking Settings in the sidebar. Changes here affect all projects and members in your organization.

General

Update your organization’s name, logo, and other profile details visible across the platform.

Members

Invite new team members, change roles, view pending invitations, and remove members.

Billing

Manage your subscription plan, view usage, and update payment information. Accessible to Owners only.

AI

Configure your Anthropic and OpenAI API keys for AI-assisted translations.

API Keys

Create and revoke API keys used by the CLI and third-party integrations.

General — Organization profile

In the General tab you can:
  • Rename your organization. The name appears in the app header and in invitation emails.
  • Upload a logo displayed in the sidebar and on member-facing pages.
  • Transfer ownership to another existing member of the organization.
  • Delete the organization — this is a permanent, irreversible action that removes all projects, keys, translations, and members.
Deleting your organization permanently removes all data. There is no recovery option. Export your data before proceeding.

AI Settings

Entri’s AI translation features require you to bring your own API keys. Configure them under Settings → AI.

API keys are encrypted at rest and never exposed in list responses. Once saved, you can see a masked preview of the key (e.g. sk-...xxxx).
You need at least one API key configured to use AI translation features. Add the key for the provider you want to use.
Style instructions for AI translations are configured at the project level under Project Settings → AI.

Billing

The Billing tab shows your current plan, the number of seats in use, and your monthly translation usage. From here you can:
  • Upgrade or downgrade your subscription
  • Add or update a payment method
  • Download past invoices
Only the organization Owner can view or change billing settings. Admins and other roles do not have access to this tab.
