Add translators, reviewers, and developers to your Entri organization so they can collaborate on your projects. Invitations are sent by email and new members can sign in with Google, GitHub, or an email-and-password account.

Sending an invitation

1

Open Organization Settings

Navigate to Settings in the sidebar, then select the Members tab.
2

Click Invite Member

Click the Invite Member button in the top-right corner of the Members section.
3

Enter the email address

Type the email address of the person you want to invite. You can invite one person at a time.
4

Choose a role

Select the role that matches what this person needs to do. See Roles & Permissions for a full breakdown.
5

Send the invitation

Click Send Invite. Entri sends an invitation email to the address you entered.
Only Owners and Admins can invite new members.

Accepting an invitation

When the invited person receives the email, they click the link to accept. If they do not have an Entri account yet, they can sign up using:
  • Google — one-click sign-in with their Google account
  • GitHub — one-click sign-in with their GitHub account
  • Email + password — create an account with any email address
After signing in, they are automatically added to your organization with the role you assigned. They can immediately access any projects their role permits.

Managing pending invitations

Pending invitations appear in the Members tab under a Pending Invites section. From here you can:
  • Resend an invitation if the original email was not received
  • Revoke an invitation before it is accepted
Invitation links expire after 7 days. If a link expires, resend the invitation from the Pending Invites section.

Removing a member

To remove someone from your organization, find them in the Members list, open the actions menu (...), and select Remove Member. Their access to all projects is revoked immediately. Any translations they authored remain unchanged.
Removing a member cannot be undone automatically. If you need to restore access, you must send a new invitation.
